Custom Designs: 

We love all things unique and working on custom designs is always a joy.  If you would like a bespoke teepee made, we offer a free of charge design consultation to discuss your requirements and talk through options to create a design just for you. We can work from photos of your child’s nursery or playroom, or any space and make suggestions of suitable fabrics to create a playspace to fit with your requirements of size and style.  All our standard teepees can also be made in a larger or smaller size. Please use the contact us form to get in touch and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. 

Payment:

You can order online and pay through the website via PayPal or debit / credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide us with are correct and that you are the authorised user of the method of payment used. We do not have access to your credit card information and we will never share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Privacy:

We will not share your details with any third parties. We may contact you directly about your order. If you have made a purchase from our shop and subscribe to our newsletter, we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email.

Cancelling an order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving them (sometimes on the same day, depending on when it's placed). If you receive an email to notify that your goods have been dispatched before you let us know you wish to cancel, you will need to wait to receive your order and follow our returns procedure (below).

Personalisation: 

Any of our products can be personalised. Please use the contact us form to discuss available options.
