RETURNS & SHIPPING

Returns & Refunds:

We hope you and your little recipient will be delighted with your order. However if for any reason something is not as expected or you need to change your mind please get in touch so we can arrange a return or exchange. 

To return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you with full details on how to return your order. 

Please return items within 7 days of confirmation of your return, by recorded delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and complete. Providing these terms are met, you will be eligible to receive a full refund or replacement. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of return postage or replacement item postage, unless an item is faulty.

If the item is faulty and you have returned it (as above) we will replace the exact item (subject to availability) with no additional postage costs or, if you wish, provide a full refund including the cost of your return postage. Please note that general use of products and 'wear and tear' through long term use is not considered to be faulty.

We can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on custom designs unless they are faulty.

Shipping: 

All Tepees are sent with a courier. We use UPS Express service for all domestic orders and UPS Standard for International. If you have ordered a playmat and/or cushion, this will arrive in a separate parcel. 

Shipping times for the UK and Ireland are 1-2 days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order, however at busy periods dispatch time may be extended slightly. 

If you have an important date you need the teepee to arrive for, please add a note to your order to advise and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements.  We also offer a premium next day service and can dispatch same day providing your order is received by 12pm. 

Gift Wrap / Message:

If you have a special gift to send, we offer a free of charge gift wrap service. A personalised hand written note will be added to the parcel and sent directly to the lucky recipient. To do this simply drop us a note with your order.
